Connecting Attentive to Polar Analytics allows you to seamlessly track all your SMS marketing performance data within the Polar platform. This integration enables e-commerce brands to better understand the impact of their text campaigns, unify marketing analytics, and make more informed, data-driven decisions.

Prerequisites – What You’ll Need
Before you connect Attentive to Polar, make sure the following conditions are met:
You must have Admin access on Attentive.
If the Attentive account owner isn’t a Polar user, they’ll need to be temporarily invited to your Polar workspace and assigned Admin or Connector roles in order to authenticate the connector.

How to Connect Attentive to Polar
1. Navigate to the Connectors Section
Log into your Polar Analytics dashboard.
Click on the Connectors tab on the left sidebar.
Scroll down to the Marketing section and locate Attentive.
2. Initiate the Integration via Alloy
Click “Connect to Polar” under the Attentive tile.
This will redirect you to Alloy, the middleware tool used to authenticate the connection.
Select"Install" and click “Connect to Attentive”.
3. Authenticate the Account
A pop-up will appear asking you to log into Attentive.
Enter your credentials and approve the connection request.
Once successful, the sync process will begin automatically.
What to Expect After Connecting
Initial Data Sync Timing
After completing the setup, the initial sync may take up to 24 hours.
During this time, historical and real-time data from Attentive will begin flowing into Polar.
Where to Find Your Data
Once the sync is complete, you’ll be able to access Attentive metrics across the app, including dashboards, attribution models, and retention analysis.
You’ll be able to analyze performance at the campaign, flow, and message level directly alongside other marketing channels like email or Meta Ads.
Need to Troubleshoot?
If you’re not seeing Attentive data after 24 hours, revisit the Connectors tab and ensure the integration status shows as “Connected.” You can also manually retry the sync or re-authenticate the connection if needed.
