Step 1: Check your Views
If you currently have a View applied on Polar that doesn't match what you have on your other tool (such as Shopify, for example), make sure you have removed your view to compare the raw data.
Step 2: Check your Filters
If you are currently filtering your data in your applications, check to ensure that your filters match what is on Polar (or remove the filters to view the raw data).
