To invite new users to your account, navigate to your Settings and select the "Account" tab. If you scroll down to the "My team" you can invite as many users by entering their email into the text box and clicking "enter". You can also set up their access rights (Admin or Viewer) when you invite them to join your account.
Each user that you invite to your account will automatically receive the daily reports by default - they can opt-out later if they want.
To avoid creating several accounts, it's better that you invite your team members rather than them signing up by themselves.
