As an agency, you likely need to manage several e-commerce brands simultaneously (and in some cases, you may also manage multiple stores for each brand). Polar Analytics allows you to have flexibility in how you manage all of your brands, saving you time and increasing your efficiency in monitoring your campaigns.

There are two ways that you can manage your customers within Polar Analytics, based on the level of access your customers need.

Option 1: Centralized Dashboard

If your customers do not need access to Polar, you may choose to centralize all of your brands into one single master account account for your agency.

  • 1 master account with all the brands you manage for your agency

  • 1 View for each brand, visible on your Key Indicators, Acquisition, and Custom Reports tabs.

  • You can create customized email reports with only specific customers' data using Schedules.

  • This option enables you to easily monitor all your brands in one place. While you are free to share access with your customers, we don't recommend it, as they will see your other customers' data.

Option 2: Distributed Dashboards

If your customers do need access to Polar, you may choose a distributed model with one account for each brand (in addition to a master account just for your agency).

  • 1 master account with all the brands you manage for your agency (as explained above)

  • 1 Polar account per brand (each account would display only the data of one single brand) - see below for instructions on how to set these accounts up.

  • You can invite your customers as "viewers" on their brand account. This option enables you to have independent interactions with your brands and set independent alerts.

  • Your customers can also receive customized email reports with only their data using Schedules.

How to set up Polar accounts for each of your brands:

  • Step 1) Sign up

  • Step 2) Connect your brand's data sources on the Connectors page

    • Note: It can take up to 24 hours for the data to load. You will receive an email when it’s ready.

  • Step 3) When you've received confirmation that the data has loaded, let us know at support@polaranalytics.co

    • When we get confirmation from you, we'll switch the account to the same paid plan that your agency is on. We can also copy dashboard set up from one account to the other if you'd like.

  • Step 4) Invite your customers to the account - and you're finished!
