If you'd like to disable the default report that's sent to you daily via email from Polar Analytics, you can toggle the report option off within your settings.

To disable the Default Daily Report, navigate to the "General" tab within your settings, and ensure that the toggle option under "Report" is turned off (see below).

Note: If you have multiple users in Polar, each user would need to disable this for themselves within their own Settings.
