There are a few different ways to change the formatting of how your data populates in Polar.
Change Number Formatting
You can customize how you want your data to be formatted on all your Polar reports within your Settings under "Number Formatting". You can choose to have short numbers (such as 1k instead of 1,000), and to have a thousands separator (such as 1,000 instead of 1000.
Change Custom Metric Formatting
You can also choose how your data appears on your Custom Metrics but selecting "Formatting" in the Custom Metrics builder. Here, you can choose between currency, number, or percentage, and how you want the number to appear. Keep in mind that this is a setting by Custom Metric, and this formatting won't won't be applied to all of your metrics.
Change Key Indicators Currency Formatting
The format of the metrics on your Key Indicators tab in Polar also depends on the language settings in your browser, as well as the language and region your computer is set to. If you want to change this formatting, you'll need to adjust your computer and browser's language settings, restart your machine, then clear your cache and re-login to Polar.
This is how your metrics will populate if your computer & browser language settings are set to "English".

Your metrics may populate with "US" in front of them if your language settings are set to "English (UK)" or any setting outside of "English".
