You now have the ability to integrate Polar Analytics with Attentive, the leading text-messaging platform for e-commerce brands. With the Attentive connector, you can track all of your your SMS marketing data coming from this source within the app.

Step 1: Ensure you have all the right permissions needed to connect to Attentive. You'll need Admin permissions both on Polar and on Attentive. If you don't have Admin permissions on the Attentive account, you'll need to invite the Admin to Polar temporarily, provide them with Polar Admin rights, and allow them to make the connection.

Step 2: Navigate to the Connectors tab in Polar and select "Connect to Polar Analytics" under Attentive in the e-mail and SMS section.

From there, you'll be navigated to Alloy to select the Attentive account that you'd like to connect to Polar. Select the account, and click "Connect to Attentive".

Once you select "Connect Attentive", you'll see a pop--up where you can log into Attentive and finalize the integration.

Step 3: Once you've finished the Attentive integration process on the pop-up, wait for your data to sync through to Polar. This can take up to 24 hours for the initial data sync. Once the data has loaded, you'll be able to access Attentive metrics throughout the app.
