In order to get started with using Polar Analytics, you'll need to connect your data sources (a cohesive list of all our connectors is here). This process takes less than 5 minutes.
Before starting to add your sources, you'll need to ensure that you have the necessary user permissions on each source.
How to connect your data sources:
Navigate to your Connector's tab
Connect your Shopify store (using your myshopify.com URL)
Connect your analytics tool (Google Analytics or GA4)
Connect your advertising sources (Facebook, Pinterest, Google Ads, etc)
(Optional) Connect with any additional tools (such as Klaviyo or Recharge) that you use and would like to integrate with Polar.
If you have a data source and see no matching connectors, you can use our Google Sheet connector (for offline marketing spend, for expenses, or custom data)
Once you have connected your data sources, your historical data import will begin immediately. The data import typically takes up to 24 hours - and we'll send you an email as soon as the import is done so you can start using the tool!
While your data loads, you can finish configuring your account settings:
Check your data settings, your general settings, and your formatting
Invite users to your account
