Learn more about the abilities and limitations of Amazon Ads data in your Polar Analytics

Here at Polar, we provide access to various data from Amazon Ads. You can find a full list of available metrics and dimensions in our Help Center.

Recently we were able to give you access to Sponsored Brands and Display. However, the data has some limitations, due to Amazon Ads API and data policy.

The main limitations you might encounter are:

  • only 3 months of historical data by default. To get access to your historical data for Sponsored Brands and Display reach out via chat to our Support team, as the data needs to be refreshed manually by our team upon request

  • only the 14-day attribution window for your Sponsored Brands' data

  • not all the dimensions from “sponsored products” are available for “sponsored brands and display” such as accounts or profiles. To allow you to use Views and filters, we automatically attribute all the data from those sources to the account with the highest spending in the past 12 months.
