Due to a technical glitch, we're currently unable to port in (transfer) numbers from US Mobile's GSM ("Lightspeed") network to Polar Mobile.
To transfer your number from US Mobile to Polar Mobile, follow these steps:
Check which network your line is on (WARP, LIGHTSPEED, or DARK STAR)
If your number is on WARP or DARK STAR network, you can continue with your number transfer from Polar Mobile's user portal. See this article for step-by-step instructions on transferring a number.
If your number is on LIGHTSPEED network (formerly called "CGM"), then you will first need to use US Mobile's Teleport feature to move your number to WARP or DARK STAR network. See step by step instructions below.
