In Bank:
For tax-free childcare payments, PonchoPay has verified that the payment is in bank.
For Edenred, Sodexo, Computershare, Care-4 and Kiddivouchers, PonchoPay has verified that the amount has been sent out by the voucher provider.
If after around 2 weeks, payments made with childcare vouchers are still “In progress” or “Complete”, you need to follow up on these. Please note, you don’t have to worry about Complete card payments. They will change to in bankautomatically once the money hits your account.
