As a driver, you can add up to five vehicles to your account and choose one to assign to each trip.

Displaying your vehicle to passengers when they book a trip helps build trust and can lead to more bookings.

Adding a Vehicle

You can easily add a vehicle under Account > Vehicles or when you Post a trip.

Include the following details about your vehicle:

  • Photo: Upload an actual picture of your vehicle rather than sourcing one online.

  • Description: Enter accurate information about the make, model, type, colour and year of your vehicle.

  • Licence plate: This information will only be visible to passengers with approved bookings on your trips.

Additional Vehicle Details

You can also specify the following details to give passengers a clear idea of your vehicle's capacity:

  • Luggage space: Indicate if you can accommodate small, medium, large, or no luggage.

  • Winter tires: These are mandatory on some routes—check before you travel.

  • Bikes: Specify if you have a bike rack or space for bikes.

  • Pets: Let passengers know if you allow pets. Some members might book an extra seat for their pet.

  • Back row seating: State that you will only allow a maximum of 2 passengers per row in your vehicle to ensure everyone’s comfort.

Setting a Default Vehicle

You can set a default vehicle for your account if you have multiple vehicles. Your default vehicle will automatically appear when you create a trip.

To set your default vehicle, go to Settings > Vehicles on the Poparide app or website.
