Ferries
For ferry trips, we recommend:
Asking passengers to pay for their own ferry fare directly at the ferry booth.
If the ferry charges both a passenger fee and a vehicle fee, passengers should cover their full passenger fee plus a prorated portion of the vehicle fee.
Be sure to mention the ferry costs in your trip description and clearly communicate that additional costs will be paid at the ferry terminal.
Toll roads
For toll roads, you can adjust your seat price:
Set the price per seat at a slightly higher margin to cover the toll fee.
Include a note in your trip description indicating that the toll fee is included in the posted price.
