Before booking a trip
We recommend only sharing trip-relevant information in your messages, such as pick-up points, luggage details, or any questions about the trip.
Contacting members outside of our platform—through services like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, or SMS—before a booking is made is against our Terms of Service and could lead to your account being suspended.
After a booking is approved
Once a booking is approved, phone numbers are automatically shared between the driver and the passenger to make communication easier for coordinating the pick-up.
However, we recommend using the messaging service in our app to communicate with other members to keep a record of all communications within Poparide and ensure a high level of privacy.
