Pickme is a pick-up point option available in selected areas of Paris and Lyon. Instead of meeting your borrower or provider in person, you simply drop off or pick up your item at a trusted local relay point — called a Keeper — near you. As a borrower, you pick it up whenever it suits you.
How does it work, step by step?
As a provider, you receive a booking request as usual.
If the borrower selected Pickme as a pick-up option, we'll let you know and send you the address of the nearest Pickme drop-off point.
With the Keeper, you can align on the perfect moment for you to drop off the item at your convenience.
Your borrower picks it up from the Keeper — no coordination needed.
The same process works in reverse for the return.
What is a Keeper?
A Keeper is a trusted neighbour-relay, vetted and registered by Pickme, who agrees to receive and hold items during the rental period. They're not a logistics professional — they're a reliable person nearby who's part of the Pickme network.
