Share your board with other Poppy users so they can edit and work on it with you.
Setting Up Collaboration
Go to your board
Click "Share" in the top toolbar
Toggle "Make this board public" to ON
Copy the share link
Send the link to other Poppy users
Accessing Shared Boards
When someone shares a board with you:
Copy their link
Paste it into your browser
Find shared boards on your home page under "Shared Boards" in the left sidebar
What Collaborators Can Do
Edit everything on the board
Add content, groups, and chats
Connect sources to chats
Work as if it's their own board
What Collaborators Can't Do
Copy or duplicate the board
Share the board with others (only the owner controls sharing)
Important Notes
Only works with Poppy account holders
Collaborators see everything on your board including chat histories
Coming soon: Template sharing option (separate from collaboration)
Need to Add a Team Member?
If you want to collaborate with someone who doesn't have a Poppy account, you'll need to add them as a team member to your subscription. Contact support in the chat and we can add a team member subscription under your account.
