How do I request a refund?

Follow these steps to request a refund for your membership.

Refund request steps vary depending on whether your subscription is managed by Apple or directly by Tolan.

Determining who manages your subscription is quick and easy. From the App Store, tap your profile icon in the upper right, then select "Subscriptions." If you see Tolan listed, Apple manages your subscription. If not, then we manage the subscription directly.

If Tolan is listed in your App Store subscriptions:

Apple handles all billing and refunds for your Tolan subscription. To request a refund:

After you submit your request, you’ll usually hear back from Apple within 48 hours.

If you do not see Tolan listed in your App Store subscriptions:

Please contact our customer support team through our in-app chat. To send us a message:

  1. Go to the main menu by tapping on the icon at the top right corner of the app’s main screen.

  2. Select ā€œHelp & Feedbackā€ at the bottom of the menu.

  3. Tap on ā€œSend us a messageā€ and let us know that you would like to submit a refund request. We’ll review your request and follow up with you within 48 hours.
