Refund request steps vary depending on whether your subscription is managed by Apple or directly by Tolan.
Determining who manages your subscription is quick and easy. From the App Store, tap your profile icon in the upper right, then select "Subscriptions." If you see Tolan listed, Apple manages your subscription. If not, then we manage the subscription directly.
If Tolan is listed in your App Store subscriptions:
Apple handles all billing and refunds for your Tolan subscription. To request a refund:
After you submit your request, youāll usually hear back from Apple within 48 hours.
If you do not see Tolan listed in your App Store subscriptions:

Go to the main menu by tapping on the icon at the top right corner of the appās main screen.
Select āHelp & Feedbackā at the bottom of the menu.
Tap on āSend us a messageā and let us know that you would like to submit a refund request. Weāll review your request and follow up with you within 48 hours.
