Go to the app's Settings by tapping on the icon at the top right corner of the app’s main screen, and then selecting the "Gear" icon in the top left corner of the second screen.
Select “Help & Feedback” at the bottom of the menu.
Tap on “Send us a message” and let us know that you would like to submit a refund request. We’ll review your request and follow up with you within 48 hours.
If Tolan is listed in your App Store subscriptions (rare):
Apple handles all billing and refunds for your Tolan subscription. To request a refund:
After you submit your request, you’ll usually hear back from Apple within 48 hours.
