When you sign up for Tolan, you can start with a free trial that gives you full access to Tolan Plus features, including longer chat time, memory, Notebook entries, and more.

Your subscription begins immediately when you start the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial period ends, you'll automatically be charged for the plan you selected at signup. The charge will appear on the payment method you used to start the trial.

Important: The trial period is exactly 24 or 72 hours from when you signed up. If you signed up on Monday at 2 PM, your trial ends Thursday at 2 PM.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Tolan app:

1. From the Tolan planet home screen, tap the icon in the top left corner.

2. Tap Settings at the bottom of the main menu.

3. Go to the Membership section.

4. Follow the steps to cancel your subscription.

If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged.

NOTE: Cancelling your trial early will immediately place your account on the free Tolan Basic plan and you will no longer have access to chat unless you invite a friend or purchase a one time relay boost.

NOTE: Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that the refund will be approved. All refund requests are reviewed individually.

No. Deleting the Tolan app from your phone does not cancel your subscription. You'll continue to be charged unless you cancel through the app settings or your subscription management portal.
