Troubleshooting: What to do if Praktika is crashing

1. Update to the Latest Version Outdated versions can cause compatibility issues.
iOS: Open the App Store > Search for "Praktika" > Tap Update.
Android: Open the Google Play Store > Tap your profile icon > Manage apps & device > Find Praktika and tap Update.
2. Force Close and Restart Completely close the app (swipe it away from your recent apps) and reopen it. This clears temporary memory conflicts.
3. Check Your Connection Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular data connection. Some features in Praktika require a consistent real-time connection to function properly.
4. Clear Cache (Android Only) Go to your phone’s Settings > Apps > Praktika > Storage > Clear Cache.
