Mobile App Store Purchases (Apple and Google Play/Android):
If you purchased the subscription via the Apple App Store, Login to the app using or Apple or Google or Email account.
If you purchased the subscription via the Google Play or Android App Store, Login to the app via Google or Email account.
Go to the Profile page
Click on the ⚙️ (gear icon) on the top right corner of the screen,
Scroll down
Tap on "Manage subscription"
Tap on “Restore Purchase”
Subscription will be re-activated
Important: If you don't know if you subscribed on the app store or online you can check by going to your App Store and finding the 'Manage my Subscription' section. If Praktika shows up as an active subscription there - you have subscribed through Apple or Google.
Web/Stripe/Instagram purchases:
This is instruction for users who purchased subscription online (outside of mobile app) using

To confirm your purchase was made through Stripe, please follow the stebs below:
Open your Email Inbox
Confirm that you received this email from us:
"Your receipt from Praktika.ai #XXXX-YYYY" from Praktika.ai (this is your confirmation of purchase with receipt and invoice)
Option 1: Standard Login
If you are having problems logging into your Praktika Account with an active subscription, please first follow our "I forgot my password" article to set up a new password and log into your account.
Option 2: Restore Access via Stripe Recovery
If the password reset email does not arrive or you are still unable to gain access, please use our new recovery tool:
Visit the Recovery Page: Go to https://my.praktika.ai/recovery.
Enter Purchase Details: Input your Stripe purchase information to verify your account.
Follow Sign-In Instructions: The page will provide specific instructions based on your original login method (Google, Apple, or Email). You must follow these instructions to sign in first.
Fix or Change Email: If you are still unable to sign in (for example, if you made a typo during checkout), you can use the form to change your email address to a new one.
Once you have regained access, you can also manage your subscription directly from that dashboard.
Additional help
If a payment screen appears like shown in the screenshot below. Please click the 'x' button in the top left and check if you have a subscription on the 'Profile' page's setting screen - the little ⚙️gear icon on the top right corner of the profile - by tapping the 'Manage my subscription' button.
If you are still having trouble accessing your subscription, check that you may have used the Apple “hide my email” function, since this can cause the issues with connecting the account and subscription.

Open the Praktika app
Go to the Profile Page
Tap the ⚙️gear icon on the top right corner of the screen
Scroll down to ‘Contact via Email’
Do not delete the text that automatically appears because this list of numbers and letters is your User ID and helps us to identify your account.
