I paid for a subscription, but it's not activated

Mobile App Store Purchases (Apple and Google Play/Android):

  • If you purchased the subscription via the Apple App Store, Login to the app using or Apple or Google or Email account.

  • If you purchased the subscription via the Google Play or Android App Store, lLogin to the app via Google or Email account.

  • Go to the Profile page

  • Click on the ⚙️ (gear icon) on the top right corner of the screen,

  • Scroll down

  • Tap on "Manage subscription"

  • Tap on “Restore Purchase”

  • Subscription will be re-activated

Important: If you don't know if you subscribed on the app store or online you can check by going to your App Store and finding the 'Manage my Subscription' section. If Praktika shows up as an active subscription there - you have subscribed through Apple or Google.


Web/Stripe/Instagram purchases:

This is instruction for users who purchased subscription online (outside of mobile app) using

  • Open your Email Inbox

  • Confirm that you received two emails from us:

    • "Your receipt from Praktika.ai #XXXX-YYYY" from Praktika.ai (this is your confirmation of purchase with receipt and invoice)

    • "Set up password" from Praktika

  • Open "Set up password" from Praktika

  • Follow the link in the email and set up a password

If this link has expired, please follow "I forgot my password" article to setup new password

  • Open the Praktika app

  • Tap on Log in

    • Do not tap on "Get Started" (since you already completed quiz on the web)

    • If you are already logged in, open "Profile" page -> scroll down -> Log Out

  • Tap on "Continue with Email" (third button)

  • Enter your Email Address

  • Enter your Password you just set up

If you forgot your password, please follow "I forgot my password" article to setup new password

  • Tap on "Continue"

  • Done! You can access Premium Subscription in Praktika

In case you see Payment Screen, most likely you logged in to the wrong account. Logout and login with Email Address used to setup password

Do not use "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google" buttons, if you purchased online

Additional help

  • If a payment screen appears like so the screenshot below. Please click the 'x' button in the top left and check if you have a subscription on the 'Profile' page's setting screen - the little ⚙️gear icon on the top right corner of the profile - by tapping the 'Manage my subscription' button.

  • If you are still having trouble accessing your subscription, check that you may have used the Apple “hide my email” function, since this can cause the issues with connecting the account and subscription.

How to contact us via the app:

If none of this works, let us know! You can contact us with the below steps, but please remember our first advice will be to do the above steps ^. If you have already done them, please do include screenshots and it will speed up our process of getting you access to your subscription.

  • Open the Praktika app

  • Go to the Profile Page

  • Tap the ⚙️gear icon on the top right corner of the screen

  • Scroll down to ‘Contact via Email’

  • Do not delete the text that automatically appears because this list of numbers and letters is your User ID and helps us to identify your account.
