Can I use a Family Plan subscription?

Unfortunately we have discontinued offering the family subscription plan to new customers. If you have already purchased the family plan and are having trouble connecting your family members, please contact us via the app (guide on how to do this below) and we will help to solve the problem.

How to contact us via the app:

  1. Open the Praktika app

  2. Go to the Profile Page

  3. Scroll down to ‘Contact us by Email’

  4. Do not delete the text that automatically appears because this list of numbers and letters is your User ID and helps us to identify your account

In the email can you please also provide the email address and User ID (can find by following the steps above) for each family member that you wish to add to the plan.
