Information for Existing Family Plan Members
If you already have an active Family Plan and need assistance, we are here to help! If you are having trouble connecting your family members to your plan, please follow the steps below so we can manually link your accounts.
How to add family members to your existing plan:
To help our team set this up for you, we need specific information for each person you wish to add.
Collect Information: Ask each family member to find their User ID (instructions below).
Contact Support: Use the in-app contact method so we can verify your subscription status.
Provide Details: In your email, please list the email address and User ID for every family member you want to include in your plan.
How to find your User ID and contact us:
Whether you are the primary account holder or a family member, follow these steps to get the details we need:
Open the Praktika app.
Go to the Profile Page.
Tap the ⚙️ gear icon on the top right corner.
Scroll down and tap 'Contact via Email'.
Crucial: Do not delete the automated text that appears in the email. This contains your unique User ID.
Add the details of your family members to the body of the email and send it to us.
Our support team will review your request and link the accounts within 24-48 hours. We appreciate your patience as we help your family continue their language learning journey!
