Yes! Your Praktika subscription is tied to your account, not just a single device. You can easily switch between your phone, tablet, or any other supported device.
To ensure your Premium features are active on a new device, please make sure you are logged in using the same account (email, Google, or Apple ID) you used when you first subscribed.
How to Restore Your Access
Depending on where you purchased your subscription, follow the steps below:
Apple App Store (iOS)
If you are moving to a new iPhone or iPad:
Ensure you are signed in to the same Apple ID on the device.
Go to your profile
Tap the ⚙️gear icon on the top right corner to open Settings.
Scroll down
Tap on "Restore Purchase." This will sync your active Apple subscription with the app.
Google Play Store (Android)
If you are using a new Android device:
Make sure your device is logged into the same Google Account used for the purchase.
Go to your profile
Tap the ⚙️gear icon on the top right corner to open Settings.
Scroll down
Tap on "Restore Purchase." This will sync your active Apple subscription with the app.
Stripe (Web/Direct Credit Card)
If you subscribed via our website using Stripe:
Simply log in to the Praktika app on any device using your registered email address.
Your Premium status is linked directly to your email profile and will be active immediately upon login.
Important Note on Cross-Platform Use
While you can use your account on any device, please note that you cannot "Restore Purchase" across different operating systems (e.g., using the "Restore" button on an Android for a purchase made on an iPhone). In these cases, simply log in with your account credentials, and your status will carry over regardless of the hardware.
