I might have misspelled my email address during purchase?

Troubleshooting a misspelling of a user's email address in the subscription activation process.

In some cases, customers accidentally misspell their email address when paying on the web, Meta, or Instagram.

If you still have open the screen after you paid, titled “Check your email to set up password”, please:

  • Double check the email address shown there

  • Compare it with the email you’re using to log in

If there’s a typo, just send us:

  • The misspelled email address

  • The correct email address

We’ll connect the accounts for you.

If you paid online and haven’t received any email at all (on any of your email addresses), this is a likely cause - please contact us and we’ll check it in our system.
