4.1 – Define metrics and internal stakeholder

You need to define the relevant metrics and assign one or more internal stakeholders.

4.2 – Gain overview of risks

In prduct.com's Due Diligence tab, an ongoing overview of risks is generated based on the data in the platform. See this guide: "How can I work with the 6 steps in due diligence?"

4.3 – Identify and assess potential risks

Risks must also be documented and assessed.

4.4 – Develop action plans

Action plans are created for the risks assessed as most relevant.
