**PREO notifications are customizable by each user in the system**
From the PREO 'Home Screen' scroll down on the left menu and navigate to the 'Notifications' section.
Select the small 'Gear' icon.
There will be a window that opens in your web browser that allows you to customize your PREO notification settings.
You can modify them to your liking, but it is recommended that salespeople should configure the highlighted alert options as 'Alert & Email' *or* 'Email' to ensure alerts are being communicated as the support teams are actively working on your orders.
Hit the 'Save' button in the bottom right corner to apply/finalize your changes.
