As a Manager or an Overlay, you may receive Requests for assistance on PREO Proposals. These are initiated by the Primary Sales Rep on the Proposal and are automatically assigned to you based on the Rep's profile.
Notifications
A PREO Notification occurs when a Request is assigned to your account. By default, PREO Alerts will send an Email and create a Notification within PREO. The notification settings can be modified for each user by using the "gear" icon on your Notifications Widget located on your home page.
Notifications will appear in the top corner of PREO. Be sure to click on the "bell" icon to review your notifications.
Open Requests
Open Requests that have been assigned to you will appear on your PREO Home page. We recommend making all open Requests your #1 Priority when logged in to PREO as this may be holding up the Sales Rep from submitting their proposal.
