Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Open Your Proposal in PREO
Log in to your PREO account.
Navigate to the proposal you wish to edit.
Step 2: Navigate to the Requirements Section
On the left index of the proposal page, locate and click on the Requirements section.
Step 3: Locate the Salesforce Opportunity ID Field
At the top of the Requirements field page, you will see the Salesforce Opportunity ID field.
Step 4: Open Your Source System in a New Browser Tab
Open a second browser tab and log in to your CRM account.
Navigate to the opportunity you want to associate with your proposal.
Step 5: Copy the 18-digit Salesforce Opportunity ID or 36-digit Aurasell/D365 opportunity ID.
In the Salesforce opportunity screen, scroll to the bottom of the page.
Highlight the 18-digit Opportunity ID from the page and copy it.
Step 6: Paste the 8-digit Salesforce Opportunity ID or 36-digit Aurasell/D365 opportunity ID in Preo.
Return to the PREO tab.
Paste the copied 18-digit Salesforce Opportunity ID or 36-digit Aurasell/D365 opportunity ID.
