From the proposal view select "+New"
Change the primary rep to Cheryl Beckman by clicking the arrow button and then searching for a selecting Cheryl.
Once completed you will fill out all of the proposal creation information. Make sure on the Order Type to choose the applicable Healthcare Option. (Healthcare Standard, Healthcare Service Only, Healthcare Pickup, etc). Lease the service offering type as Legacy XBS.
Fill in the customer name either by searching by the customer or searching by equipment. Please note, if this is a new customer that is not currently in EA you will need to build them out in Preo by using the "+" button.
Rename the deal using the identifying information that will help you most. For example, you can keep the customer name but then add in the Request number, PO number, etc. to help you easily search for the deal later.
Next we need to update the pricebook to pull from Healthcare. To do this you will click "Tools", "$ Picebook default, and choose "Healthcare" **THIS IS PIVIOTAL FOR MAKING SURE LEASE RATES AND PRICING ARE CORRECT.**
Then you can add the equipment to the deal on the "Equipment" tab by clicking "+ Add Item" and choosing the equipment/accessories needed.
Once equipment has been added you will need to complete the delivery address by selecting "Select Location" You can choose the address from the given drop down or you are able to create a new location by clicking "+Create New Location"
Once your location is set you will need to complete the Delivery Checklist. Click the "Set Checklist" button and complete all the items in red. Once complete click "Checklist Complete."
