Verify Customer Membership Status
Step 1: Go to Choice Partners National Purchasing Cooperative and Procurement Network | Choice Partners Cooperative and click on "Vendor Login"
Step 2: Login using the below credentials:
Username: XBSRFPTEAM@XEROX.COM
Password: Xerox2025$$$
Step 3: Navigate to "View Members"
Step 4: Verify if customer name is on the list of members.
If the customer is a member then no additional items are needed and you can proceed with the order.
If the customer IS NOT a member they must fill out a membership form linked here.
Once the customer has completed the membership document sales should upload it into the deal. We need to take the completed form and email it to: ila@choicepartners.org.
Once completed we can proceed with the order as usual.
