Verify Customer Membership Status
Step 1: Confirm Membership with the Customer
Ask the customer directly if they are already an active Choice Partners member.
Step 2: If the Customer Confirms They Are a Member
✅ No additional action is required
✅ Proceed with standard order processing
No membership documentation is needed in the deal.
Step 3: If the Customer Is NOT a Member
If the customer is not currently a Choice Partners member:
Have the customer complete the Choice Partners membership form linked here.
Once completed, Sales must upload the membership confirmation email that the customer will get back from HCDE.
Step 4: Proceed with the Order
Once the membership form has been submitted and emailed: ✅ You may proceed with the order as usual.
