1) Locate and open the demo order you would like to covert-order type should be demo. Write down current job number from upper right corner of proposal.
2) Print/save current credit approval to your desktop (you'll need this later)
3) Click Version tab in blue action bar
4) Copy proposal and it will show up with same name but “Copy” at the end
5) Search for proposal for new draft version (stage will show as created)
6) Add "Demo Trial Convert " to the proposal name
7) Go to requirements tab and change it to "standard" or whichever is applicable
8) Re-upload credit approval to the new version
9) Review each page of the proposal in PREO to make sure that all information is accurate and has copied over correctly from the original proposal
10) Add equipment if/when applicable
11) Adjust service, add pickups, lease payoffs, etc and as needed
12) Go to order processing notes and this note: “Demo Trial Convert. Original job number xxxxx (insert original job number here)”
If modifications were made (adding equipment, etc)-add a detailed note as well to order processing notes:
13) Once you have confirmed that all information on the proposal is accurate, you can proceed as you would any other Standard proposal. Use Win Helper to fulfill your necessary requirements, generate your paperwork for signature and submit the proposal once all requirements have been met
