To get your proposal submitted to the Order Processing team, you will need to "Submit for Review". Equipment will not be built, ordered, or delivered until this process is complete.
Before you can Submit your order, PREO requires that the certain rules are met. We call these WIN Helper Rules. You know how you are required to enter the 3 digit number on your credit card when submitting an online order? WIN Helper Rules are like that, but across the entire proposal. PREO is going to check every page for you and give you feedback on what needs to be done before you can submit.
As a new user, WIN Helper Rules are intimidating. Fear not, over time these become natural actions to take and this list is your helping hand to create a complete order.
You can click on WIN Helper at ANY time. The WIN Helper is the first item in your list of pages on the Proposal Navigation.
Once you have completed all requirements, you can click on "Submit for Review" in the top blue bar next to "Generate Docs".
If your WIN Helper Rules have been completed, you will be presented with a wizard with some questions about your order. Our Audit team uses these answers to flag deals that require special attention. Most of the time you should answer "No", but if your deal meets the criteria, please answer "Yes". This does not slow down your process, but notifies our team of the additional review later in the process.
You will then be presented with your estimated commission. Submitting a proposal with accurate commission is very important to the PREO process. Do not submit if your commission is wrong, instead reach out to PREOBot. If your commission looks accurate, proceed by clicking "Approve & Submit".
Frequently Asked: If your buyout changes, Order Processing will update the deal, which will update your commission automatically before commission is paid out.
