Details of Tasks

User Management

Add/Edit/Delete system users. Set user roles, navigation menu packages, and configure Sales Rep settings such as commission plan and quota. Add/Edit/Delete regional sales branches.

Global Item Catalog

Add/Edit/Delete global item configurations including available mainframes and accessories. Manage accessory rules (conflicts and requirements). Link items to EA Item codes. Edit/Export/Import transfer costs for EA Items.

Regional Pricebook

Create regional pricebooks and assign user permission to pricebooks. Include/Exclude mainframes and accessories within regional pricebook. Edit/Export/Import regional rep costs for mainframes and accessories. View transfer costs of global items.

(Note: Regional pricebooks share the configuration of items built in the global item catalog)

Funding Rates

Add/Edit/Delete/Export/Import funding rates that are shared across all Regions.

Rep Rates

Add/Edit/Delete/Export/Import regional rep rates that are unique to Proposals within the specified region. Rep Rates are associated to the system-wide funding rates.

(Note: We expect there to be at least 1 Rep Rate created for each region for each funding rate)

Regional Settings

Edit Region and Core settings such as approval thresholds, EA Quote creation settings, EA Item codes used, regional expenses, PREO order types/workflow/checklist questions, and other regional specific settings.

Commission Plans

Add/Edit/Delete/Export/Import Commission Plans that are assigned to Sales Users. Commission Plan rules are built and tested and ultimately determine the commission calculations per user on a Proposal.
