PREO User Termination Process

  • Manager or CFO must notify IT via ServiceNow within 24 hours

    • Send an Email to itinbox@xerox.com with the subject line:

    • XBS_COS User Termination

      • Update XBS_COS to your Core name such as XBS_COP, XBS_NWG, etc.

    • Include: Full Name, Email, and Last working day

  • Regional IT notifies Regional PREO Administrator of termination

  • Regional PREO Administrator marks user and Sales Rep (if applicable) inactive and confirms back to Regional IT within 14 business days of the users last working day

For all users:

Remove "Active" checkbox on the user account

For Sales users:

Scroll down to the Sales Rep portion of the user page and remove the "Active" checkbox
