PREO User Termination Process
Manager or CFO must notify IT via ServiceNow within 24 hours
Send an Email to itinbox@xerox.com with the subject line:
XBS_COS User Termination
Update XBS_COS to your Core name such as XBS_COP, XBS_NWG, etc.
Include: Full Name, Email, and Last working day
Regional IT notifies Regional PREO Administrator of termination
Regional PREO Administrator marks user and Sales Rep (if applicable) inactive and confirms back to Regional IT within 14 business days of the users last working day
For all users:
Remove "Active" checkbox on the user account
For Sales users:
Scroll down to the Sales Rep portion of the user page and remove the "Active" checkbox
