Setup Service, MPS, and Lease Terms to use the "Proposal Term"

The term of a Service agreement, MPS Agreement, and Lease Agreement should match when building a deal for a customer. For this reason, PREO now defaults the "Term" of Service & MPS to "Use Proposal Term".

This option means that when the term is changed on any of the pages, it is updated for all agreements. For example, if you change the Service Term from 60 month to 36 month, the Lease Term will also update to 36 month. This change would also trigger a lease rate update and may impact your pricing accordingly.

In the rare scenario in which you require unique terms, you can turn the "Use Proposal Term" option off and set a custom term on the Service / MPS agreement.
