When PREO launched a new release back in Oct, it contained an update for handling Service & MPS contract creation. The "Contracts" page replaced the "Service & MPS" pages. At the time of the update, we were able to accept the submission of the orders created on the old template, however, we cannot continue to accept these deals. A new proposal will need to be created if your current proposal is on a template that has Service and MPS broken out separately (see image below).
Please create a new proposal and engage the PREO team via the PREObot with assistance on the transfer of credit approval and buyout requests.
