One of the initiatives of PREO has always been to increase transparency into the commission process. This latest feature looks to offer Reps & Directors real-time insights into the commission that has been written within a time period, and how much of that commission has yet to be paid.

Proposal Level Insights

Clicking on a proposal within the wallet should open up a detailed view underneath and allow users to immediately raise concerns if the information is incorrect. They can do this clicking the "Have A Question?" button.

This will open a new commission inquiry that is assigned to the Commission Manager at your region. You may also follow up on this request and communicate with your Commission Manager directly within the wallet.

With this latest update, PREO is now able to pull in Order data from EA so users can get proposal and item level detail as to what has been shipped, backordered, cancelled, and invoiced.
