Handling The Request
View the Open Request on your PREO Home Page. Navigate to the request by double clicking on the row.
You may also receive an email alert that will take you directly to the Proposal.
Adding Items
Click on Software Page and click the "Add Item" button.
Select Custom Item (or software items if they are configured for your Region)
Set the Item details and pricing information.

Uploading Documentation
Click on Document Upload
Communicate with Rep (if needed)
Use the Chat page to send messages to the Sales Rep
Complete the Request
Navigate to the Request page and open the Software Request
Complete the Request by clicking "Acknowledge"
View Completed Software Requests
You can see your completed Requests by changing the filter on the homepage
