Pricing changes by Sales Reps now apply to Software.
If Rep price < 90% of recommended price, submission is blocked until approval.
New request type for Software Pricing is active; routing to authorized approvers*.
Commission Impact
Software & Pro Services now included in RAS Item Breakdown.
Expenses distributed across Equipment, Software, and Pro Services.
Standardized Pro Service pricing used for ACV GP calculations.
Software ACV GP commissions = $0 when deal is discounted.
*Authorized approvers are TBD.
Access The Request
Open your PREO Home Page and double-click the request row.
Or use the email alert link to go directly to the proposal.
Add Software
Go to Software Page → Add Item.
Select Custom Item (or region-specific software).
Fill in all required fields.
Add Professional Services
On Software Page, click Add Item.
Select the correct Pro Services Item (custom options removed).
Complete all fields; use hours for Quantity.
(Vendor & Rep costs are standardized.)
Upload Documentation
Click Document Upload.
Communicate (if needed)
Use Chat Page to message the Sales Rep
Complete the Request
Open the Software Request and click Acknowledge.
View Completed Software Requests
Change the homepage filter to see completed requests.
