In some circumstances the equipment that you would like to add to your proposal is not found in PREO. This could be for a variety of reasons, but ultimately the process to add the device remains the same:
Locate the Proposed Solution > Equipment tab on the left hand navigation of the proposal view.
Click the "+Add Item" button located in the left corner.
Tab to the last page of the item list by click this arrow icon.
Select the "Third Party Item" option
Choose appropriate category based on machine or service.
Type in the name of the device in the "Item Name" field
Type in the rep cost of the device in the "Rep Cost" field
Click the "Create Purchasing Request" box
Click the "Add" button to add it to the proposal
