There may be some situations where you'd like to create a proposal that contains multiple service agreements, each with their own pool of devices. You can do this by following the instructions below.
Locate the Proposed Solution > Service tab on the left navigation.
To create multiple agreements, simply go to Service Options > Add Service Agreement as many times as appropriate. The agreements will be listed below in order of creation and named Agreement #1, Agreement #2, etc...
To associate equipment items with your agreements, simply navigate to the Proposed Solution > Equipment tab and then change the view to Service View.
This will allow you to see and select the maintenance agreement associated with each item on your proposal.
