Proposals that are "WON" are locked and no further changes can be made. This is to protect the deal from getting altered in a way that could cause issues while it is being processed.

There are situations that may require a change to be made after the proposal is won (for example, swapping a machine that is no longer available).

For these situations, we recommend submitting a "Change Request" following the instructions below.

  • Click "Request Change" on the proposal "WON" notification bar.

  • If the blue notification is not present, you may also go to Order Processing > Requests > + New Request > Request Change.

  • When submitting the request form, describe what needs change with enough details for a team member to handle.

  • A member of your Order Processing team will reach out to you in Order Processing > Chat to let you know that the request has been acknowledged and put the proposal into "adjustment mode." This will allow you to make the necessary changes.

  • After your changes have been made, you can report back to your Order Processing team in Order Processing > Chat to let them know, at which point they can take the proposal out of adjustment mode and continue the processing of the deal.
