Proposals that are "WON" are locked and no further changes can be made. This is to protect the deal from getting altered in a way that could cause issues while it is being processed.
There are situations that may require a change to be made after the proposal is won (for example, swapping a machine that is no longer available).
For these situations, we recommend submitting a "Change Request" following the instructions below.
If the blue notification is not present, you may also go to Order Processing > Requests > + New Request > Request Change.
When submitting the request form, describe what needs change with enough details for a team member to handle.
A member of your Order Processing team will reach out to you in Order Processing > Chat to let you know that the request has been acknowledged and put the proposal into "adjustment mode." This will allow you to make the necessary changes.
After your changes have been made, you can report back to your Order Processing team in Order Processing > Chat to let them know, at which point they can take the proposal out of adjustment mode and continue the processing of the deal.
