Change Requests are recommended to be handled by PREO Champions or other On-Shore resources such as Deal Admins. However, any Order Processing/Regional Admin resources have the permissions to complete the request.
Email notifications can be enabled by Global/Regional Administrators to one or more email addresses.
Take Ownership of the Change Request from the Open Request dashboard
Read the requested change and contact the responsible parties required to enable the change request
If changes to items are required:
Contact the Inventory team to update existing E-Automate Sales Orders
Once E-Automate changes have been confirmed, move on to next step
Contact the Order Processing team to "Adjust" (Unlock) the Proposal and update PREO
This team should work with the Sales Rep if any initials or revised paperwork is required
Lock the proposal and enter a reason for the update
The Owner of the Change Request should confirm that the changes have been made in both PREO and E-Automate.
PREO does NOT automatically sync with existing E-Automate data. This process must happen manually in both systems.
Approve the Change Request to complete the process
