DocuSign Error: Something went wrong

Generic DocuSign Error

If you have recently updated your DocuSign password and you now experience this error when sending DocuSign through PREO, we may have to disconnect and reconnect your PREO/DocuSign connection.

Ask your PREOBot team to "Disconnect DocuSign from my PREO Account using the DocuSign Admin tools in PREO."

Once complete, you will have the "CONNECT TO DOCUSIGN" option on your PREO Home page. Complete this connection and try again.
