Issue:
A user has created a personal DocuSign account using their xerox.com email address. There are issues when attempting to activate a new DocuSign user under the XBS business account.
Symptom in PREO:
"Something went wrong. Please contact admin."
Resolution:
Change your default Docusign Account. Follow these instructions to ensure that your default Docusign account is the "Xerox Business Solutions" Account.
Once this has been confirmed, please ask PREOBot to disconnect your existing Docusign account so you can reconnect to your default account.
