EVERY change to user access (other than removal of terminated users) must have clearly documented approval prior to the access being updated. To that end, a modified process has been implemented in ServiceNow using tab Service Catalog - Xerox ITSM Employee Center Portal (service-now.com)). This tab will collect the information required, then obtain the correct approval before routing ticket to the XBS admin for implementation.
Any modification request not submitted in this format will be unable to process.
