The XEAN network will not allow you to connect to the PREO site. To connect, you must use Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). Within your AVD, you will have access to XBS sites including PREO.
If you do not have an AVD, you must request access via ServiceNow.
Create a Service Request: Service Catalog - Xerox ITSM Employee Center Portal (service-now.com)
Select "Other Request"
Short Description: AVD Access
Description: I am connected to the XEAN network and am requesting AVD access to use PREO.
Click Submit
