EVERY change to a PREO User Role (other than removal of terminated users) must have clearly documented approval prior to the change being applied. To that end, a modified process has been implemented in ServiceNow using: Service Catalog - Xerox ITSM Employee Center Portal (service-now.com)). This tab will collect the information required, then obtain the correct approval before routing ticket to the XBS admin for implementation.

Any request not submitted in this format will be unable to process.
