If PreOrder Was Enabled via the All Products Tab
Go to the Default Settings page.
Uncheck “Enable Preorder for All Products.”
Click “Save.”
If You Want to Keep Pre-Order Enabled for All Products but Disable It for a Specific Variant
Go to the Products tab.
Search for your product and click on the variant to open the edit settings screen.
Disable the Preorder for this variant.
This will create a disabled single product setting that overrides the All Products setting for this item.
If Pre-Order Was Enabled via the Tags Tab
Go to the Tags tab.
Find the tag setting responsible for enabling preorder for the product.
Delete it.
