After reinstalling PreOrder Now, you can request a list of products that were previously configured for preorder. Our backend system can provide the Variant IDs of those products.
How to Retrieve Previous Preorder Products
Contact our support team to request your store’s previously set Variant IDs.
Once you have the Variant ID, you can use it to locate the product by appending the ID to your Shopify store URL.
Important Note: In accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), all store data is permanently deleted from our system 24 hours after the app is uninstalled. If you reinstall the app after this period, we will no longer have access to your previous data.
